Shipping Policy

Bert Munoz Sales’ goal is to deliver the very best marinated steaks and chicken. Our shipping department is also committed to the most reliable shipping methods to get you those products in the timeliest fashion. We value each customer and make sure we offer you the best experience for shopping on our website.

Bert Munoz Sales offers three shipping options for its products via Fedex; Fedex First Overnight; first thing next business day morning; Fedex Priority Overnight; next business day morning; and Fedex 2Day; two days in transit and delivery on the third day. Shipping costs depend on which option you chose and where the shipping address is. Please place your items in your shopping cart and place your items in your shopping cart and click ‘estimate shipping’ for an accurate esetimate of shipping.  

Multiple orders placed on the same day by the same client will be shipped in one package or in as few packages per Fedex Shipping methods.

Orders placed on the website between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. PT will be processed that business day. Orders placed on the website after 4:30 p.m. PT will be shipped the next business day. So an order placed at 6 p.m. on a Monday will be processed and shipped the next day, Tuesday.

Please provide Bert Munoz Sales with the most accurate information, which will ensure accurate shipping. Please verify all shipping and billing information when placing your order on-line. It is the sole responsibility of the person or company placing the order to verify that all addresses are complete and accurate. All orders will be shipped to the address displayed on the ‘Delivery Information’ page. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged packages should be reported to Bert Munoz Sales within 24 hours after receiving package. Do not throw away any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved.

If you do not receive your package within your delivery window per your Fedex shipping method selection and think your package may be lost, please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail at We recommend you immediately check with your neighbors and family to see if they may have picked up the package.

Tracking an order

Once your order has been shipped and Fedex has generated a tracking number, you will be able to track the delivery of your order on-line. You can request a shipping number by e-mailing Simply go to and enter your shipping number in the white box and click ‘track.’
